Helambu Trek
Our trek starts from Kathmandu after driving by bus/car to Sundarijal, which is just 13km from Kathmandu. We then continue ascend to Chisopani where we spend first night just outside valley. Chisopani offer great view of mountain and landscape. Then we make almost a circle going through Khtumsang, Tharapati, Tarkeghyang, sarmathang and finally to Melamchi pul where we take bus to Kathmandu. Clients carry daypack only and walk at their own pace.
Trekking hour is about 5-6 per day.
Itinerary:
Day 01 Arrival and transfer to hotel/welcome dinner (D)
Day 02 Day at leisure /Hotel (B)
Day 03 To Sundarijal by bus & trek to Chisopani (2194m) (B, L, D)
Day 04 Trek to Kutumsang (2446m) (B, L, D)
Day 05 Trek to Tharepati (3597m) (B, L, D)
Day 06 Trek to Tarkeghyang (2550m) (B, L, D)
Day 07 Trek to Shermathang (2621m) (B, L, D)
Day 08 Trek to Melamche Pul (828m) (B, L, D)
Day 09 Drive to Kathmandu (1350m)/ Hotel (B, L)
Day 10 Day at leisure/ farewell dinner /Hotel (B, D)
Day 11 Drive to Airport for return flight (B)
Note: The trek can be operated in both teahouses and camping (tented camp) on your request. The itinerary can be customized according to your duration of holiday. Similarly hotel can be upgraded or downgraded depend on your budget.
Cost include:
- International airport pickup and drop
- Welcome and farewell dinner
- Hotel accommodation at 3 star catagory in double occupancy
- Trekking Transportation by bus
- Conservation permit.
- TRC permit
- Meals at tea house (B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner)
- Trekking accommodation in tea house in twin bed room
- English speaking guide with his insurance and equipment.
- Porter with his insurance and equipment (one porter in between two person)
- Breakfast will be serve with hot drink (Tea/Coffee)

- Helicopter evacuation incase of immergency.

- Sleeping bag (this can be rent at Thamel; cost Rs 40 a day a sleeping bag)
